As a psychotherapist and yoga therapist,

I believe that true healing happens holistically, when the body, mind, and spirit are in harmony.

Integrating talk therapy with somatic practices can create a balanced life. I have over thirty years of experience in private practice and over ten years of experience in yoga therapy. I provide integrative health practices through psychotherapy (talk therapy), yoga therapy, and somatic therapy.

Sessions are designed to meet the individual, couple, or family’s needs through traditional talk therapy and/or yoga therapy, which may include yoga asana (postures), yoga philosophy, breath work, meditation, and visualization. I provide a safe, nurturing space with lightness, compassion, and a sense of safety.

Since nature has been linked to a host of benefits for physical and mental health, if preferred, sessions can be held outside taking a walk on the pier, the mountains, or sitting quietly next to the water.  Science has also proven that pets are helpful for creating, establishing, and maintaining good mental health. Dogs, especially, can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while creating a sense of belonging and safety, so dogs are always welcome to join sessions.

Mastery of one's own health and wellbeing is essential to a fulfilling life; together we can develop a plan that works best for you.

Sessions are available in person and/or virtual. I am always available by text for coaching if needed. With authorization, I will coordinatecare with medical doctors, psychiatrists, treatment teams, nutritionists, schools, mental health providers,
and hospitals.
